Welcome to our online live music classes!
Before you join, please read these terms carefully. By enrolling in our classes, you agree to follow them so that everyone can have a smooth learning experience.

1. Enrollment & Payments

  • Your seat in a batch is confirmed only after we receive the full payment or the agreed installment.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable. In special cases (like a medical emergency), we may consider adjusting the fees for future classes — but this is purely at our discretion.

  • All fees must be paid in the currency and mode specified during enrollment (UPI, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).

2. Class Schedule & Attendance

  • Classes will be conducted on the days and times informed during enrollment.

  • If you miss a class, recordings or makeup sessions may be provided only if available and cannot be guaranteed.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule a class in case of unavoidable circumstances (like technical issues or instructor emergencies).

3. Technical Requirements

    • You will need a stable internet connection, a functioning microphone, and a camera for the best experience.

    • It’s your responsibility to log in on time and ensure your equipment is working before class starts.

4. Class Etiquette

    • Please keep your microphone muted unless you are speaking.

    • Disrespectful behavior, abusive language, or disturbing the class will not be tolerated and may lead to removal without any refund.

5. Recordings & Materials

    • All lesson recordings, PDFs, and other resources are for personal use only.

    • Sharing, selling, or distributing them without permission is strictly prohibited.

    • We may record live sessions for quality purposes, and by joining, you consent to this.

6. Practice & Progress

    • Your learning progress depends on regular practice outside class.

    • We do not guarantee specific results, but we will guide you with the best possible methods and techniques.

7. Privacy & Data

  • Your personal details will only be used for class-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be informed via email or announced in class.
